It’s a single room with a double bed, with everything you need to create your own space.
All the furniture is in very good condition.

You have a double bed and a two-body wardrobe, so you can store a lot of clothes and other things.

The table is small, but it is enough to study or use your laptop.

There are 2 full bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet), so you never have to wait.
The kitchen is complete, with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas hob, pans, cutlery… so you can cook and eat whatever you want without having to bring anything extra.
Once every two weeks a girl comes to clean the common areas (it’s included in the monthly fee).
In addition, the house has hot water from gas and heating from radiators throughout the house.
